Kuching: Osome Wood Fired Pizza

If you feel boring of having ordinary pizza, you may try out some wood fired pizza right here in Osome Wood Fired Pizza! I guess you can rarely find wood fired pizza here in Kuching because there are really limited pizza outlet here.

古晋: Ais Krim Bergula Apong

古晋有好多好好吃的雪糕，热爱雪糕的我更是不会错过 :D

这是其中我最爱的 - 位于古晋露天巴刹Open Air Market的Ice cream Bergula Apong

这件雪糕店的营业时间相当特别，一改朝九晚五的工作时间，从下午一点营业至凌晨五点。

这里生意超好，这是在凌晨一点时的情况：

队伍可不止那么短哦！拍不完呢

所以啊，只要是好吃的东西大家都会很有耐心的在等 ^^

这里的雪糕口味有三种 - Pandan, Vanila 和 Chocalate

不过口味会轮流几天换一次噢，看看档口前的招牌就知道当天是什么口味的

价钱都清楚列明，Topping 可以选择要花生或Cornflakes

档口前还有买一些饼干

最近才看到有这个Homemade Cheese Cake噢，下次要试试看！

那这雪糕到底有什么特别能够让人大半夜都想要去排队买呢？

首先，老板在每一杯雪糕都会淋上gula apong（亚答糖）。

如果你不知道什么是亚答糖，那就让我来做个小小的说明吧！

知道过去人们生活中用来建造屋顶的亚答叶？他的树就叫亚答树。

亚答树在砂拉越沿海地区遍布，而人们会从长在亚答树上的亚答花取汁，

小火慢煮至褐色浓密状时，就形成了亚答糖。

如果说马六甲是以Gula Melaka闻名，那砂拉越就是以Gula Apong闻名咯。

这是小杯的Pandan口味，花生topping

我们平时吃的Rojak, ABC, kopi 或 teh c special 通常都会加入亚答糖，

但把亚答糖和雪糕结合起来还是挺特别挺新鲜的吧！

这也因此为这家店吸引了源源不绝的顾客。

亚答糖有种甜甜的味道，淋在雪糕上更是完美的搭配。

有些人可能觉得太甜，但我觉得那正是亚答糖的美味呢~

口感方面，相对于那种很奶的雪糕，我更喜欢雪糕冰冰绵绵莎莎的，

而这里的雪糕正是这样！让人忍不住一口接一口，实在太好吃了！

Kuching: The Coffee Clinic

The whether in Kota Samarahan is so hot recently. I bath for at least 4 times a day, my skin is like burning every moment and I even suffer from insomnia T_T I just wanna escape from my "Jacuzzi" room and go somewhere else in order to cool myself down hehe.

At first we plan to have movie that night, but end up we came to this newly opened cafe, The Coffee Clinic, which is located at Song Plaza, opposite CityOne shopping mall.

They serve fine coffee and fresh bread and cake, with a rustic and cozy ambiance that with strong wood emphasis. High fidelity music & occasional live band.

Actually I'm not sure whether it's a real pipe or not haha. anyway it's nice and creative!

There are quite a lot of vintage container around the cafe and most of them are used as either table or chairs.

Noticed something interesting! Their air-cond is painted with the same color as the wall's!

Over all the beverage is okay and environment is very nice! It's a great place to chill with friends and we almost stay until their closing time, it's just too comfy and we enjoyed it! :D
