Kuching: Osome Wood Fired Pizza

If you feel boring of having ordinary pizza, you may try out some wood fired pizza right here in Osome Wood Fired Pizza! I guess you can rarely find wood fired pizza here in Kuching because there are really limited pizza outlet here. 

Had our dinner here in Osome Wood Fired Pizza after we done some shopping for 'instant' Christmas present =P at City One.  We actually called to make a reservation and the staff was very friendly and patient.

The very first thing that attract my eyes is the traditional wood fired oven placed beside the entrance. We are so amazed that we were screaming here and there like a 'sua pa gao' haha. As I know, their oven is actually imported far away from Australia.

There's a strong wooden feel here as most of the things are made of wood, like their chairs, tables, and even decorations.

Wine bottle as a lamp. One thing that I love about here is there's always a little creative things hidding around.

I've never seen this kind of fan before. It's way too cute!
You can actually find quite a lot of wine bottle around here.

Osome’s pizzas are cooked at a very high temperature in the traditional wood fired oven.

 They use fresh ingredients and the dough are also made freshly everyday.

 They serve panna cotta, a rich, milky and creamy Italian dessert, freshly made daily by a Taiwanese chef.
